One New AI Agent Build. Every Monday and Thursday.
Twice a week I walk you through one new agent I'm running in my own business. What it does, what it replaced, how much it saves.

Every issue is a standalone blueprint.
Here's the problem with every other AI newsletter
You've probably already subscribed to ten of them. I know I did.
They all read the same. Some writer in a studio apartment reposts the same OpenAI press release as last week, slaps a clickbait headline on it, and calls it “insight.” You finish the issue and you know the latest news, but not the action plan.
That's not a newsletter. That's a scrolling news ticker with a P.S.
Build Notes is different for one reason: I'm an operator, not a pundit. I run a direct response company that's done millions in sales, I've spent over $10 million on ads, and been in business for 20 years. My wife and I are the whole team. Every agent I write about is one I actually use in my own business, on my own computer, to save my own hours or make my own money.
You don't get my opinions about where AI is going. You get the prompts I ran yesterday, the wiring that held up in production, the mistakes I made, and the exact build steps you can copy by lunch.

About the writer
My name is Justin Brooke. I'm 44, a husband to Chaunna, a father to Dylan and Cherry, and I've been a direct response operator since 2005.
I founded AdSkills in 2015, where I've trained over 14,000 business owners on mastering paid ads. I've been a featured speaker in Las Vegas, California, London, Australia, and most of the biggest stages in this industry. I've shared a stage with Russell Brunson, Dan Kennedy, Ryan Deiss, and many others. Robert Kiyosaki & Mark Ford (Michael Masterson) gave my work a testimonial that I keep framed.
I've also been interviewed on over 30 podcasts, written books that have done millions in self-published sales, and built an ad campaign that brought in over 400,000 leads in 30 days. I'm not a theory guy. I'm a builder.
In 2025 I watched AI stop being a novelty and start replacing actual line items in my P&L. Writers. Researchers. Ad testers. Customer service. Data analysts. One by one. I realized the operators who get comfortable building agents now will be the operators who run the next decade. The ones who don't will be hiring their way out of problems AI already solved.
That's why Build Notes exists. I'm writing the newsletter I wish someone had written for me when I was 30. If you're a founder, marketer, or operator who wants to build unfair agentic advantages in their business, then we're going to get a long very well.
