What we collect

When you complete the audit, we collect your email address, your nine answers, your calculated level, the business and frustration categories you selected, campaign attribution parameters, and the time of completion. No account or name is required.

While you take the audit

Your answers and campaign attribution are kept in your browser's session storage so you can refresh, go back, and edit earlier answers. We do not submit your answers until you complete all nine questions and submit your email. We record basic audit events, such as a quiz start or question completion, to understand where the experience needs work.

How we use your email

AgentSkills uses your email to deliver your audit result and Climb Plan, and to send Build Notes. We use Kit as our email delivery provider. You can unsubscribe from everything using the one-click unsubscribe link in any email.

Service providers and measurement

We use service providers to host the audit, securely store completed submissions, and deliver email. The AgentSkills site also uses analytics to measure visits and campaign performance. We do not sell your audit answers or email address.

Shared results

Result pages show the content for a level, not an individual's email address or answers. Anyone with a result link can view that level's diagnostic and next steps.

Questions or deletion requests

For privacy questions or requests to access or delete your completed submission, contact AgentSkills through agentskills.ai. Use the email address you submitted so we can identify your record.
